Two ways to practise at the studio, both taught in small groups.
Reformer Pilates
The Reformer uses a spring-loaded carriage to add resistance and support. Group classes build strength, flexibility and control, with variations for beginners and for experienced practitioners. Each session follows a flowing sequence that challenges the whole body while protecting the joints. Expect precise cues, hands-on adjustments when needed, and a calm pace that lets you feel the work rather than rush through it. Over time, regular practice improves posture, balance, core stability and confidence in movement.
Pilates Wall
The Pilates Wall works with springs anchored to the wall. It's ideal for alignment, mobility and rehabilitation-oriented work, and blends perfectly with Reformer training. Classes use the wall unit to create length, decompress the spine and re-educate movement patterns. Because the springs guide and assist the body, the work feels both supportive and deep. It is a great option if you are recovering from an injury, returning to movement after a break, or simply want to understand your body with more detail.
